Accessibility

Neighborhood

The Cabin at Snail Trail is located in Cherry Log near the top of a remote mountain with only 6 other homes. The cabin is only 25 minutes from Downtown Ellijay or 30 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge, and even closer to many adventures like hiking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, tubing, gem-mining, apple-picking and more.

Guest Access

Guests will be able to access the entire cabin and entire property. The cabin sits on 2-acres, and guests are welcome to explore the trails we blazed with our children. Please keep in mind that the trails are homemade and not professionally maintained, and traverse down a steep hill so walking sticks and sturdy shoes are recommended.

Our experience at Snail Trail was wonderful. Host Emily and Bram were great and felt comfortable at their home. We have already talked about staying here again it was that awesome. The views were beautiful, the grounds had ample space for our dog to sniff around and the cabin had all the comforts needed. If you have any questions reach out to these amazing hosts, they truly want your stay to be comfortable and create lasting memories. * The drive up to the cabin was exciting (narrow gravel rd, and a few sharp turns for a full size 4 door silverado). We got more comfortable the more we drove it.

This cabin was everything you would expect to get away from the normal hustle and bustle of life. The drive up the mountain was graveled but you would not want to be in a passenger vehicle, which an all wheel or 4-wheel vehicle is highly suggested. The cabin is hidden, giving the feeling of total privacy. The view of the mountains are amazing especially in the morning as the fog/clouds travel thru the contour of the valley. Watching the rain travel thru the area was also amazing. We enjoyed it so much that we asked to stay an extra day and the host immediately made it happen. This is a couples getaway. We will be back ! Thank you Emily and Bram for this amazing experience.
